1. About Primal Heart Healing

Primal Heart Healing is operated by Stefani Michelle, an intuitive life coach, healer, and author based in Phoenix, Arizona. Services offered include spiritual and life coaching, psychic readings, energy work, shadow work, and digital courses. All services are intended for personal growth and spiritual exploration.

2. Not a Substitute for Professional Care

The services and content provided by Primal Heart Healing are for spiritual, educational, and personal development purposes only. They are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or medical emergency, please seek qualified professional help immediately.

3. Services & Bookings

Session bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. By booking a session you agree to the following:

• You must provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a session.
• No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.
• Sessions are conducted via phone or video (WhatsApp or regular call) unless otherwise stated.
• Package sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase.

4. Digital Products & Courses

All digital products, including online courses and downloadable content, are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods:

• All digital product sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
• You may not share, redistribute, or resell any digital content.
• Access to course content is for personal use only.

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests for coaching and reading services will be considered on a case-by-case basis when submitted within 48 hours of the session and where a legitimate service issue occurred. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected]. We do not offer refunds for digital products once accessed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, audio, video, course materials, and brand assets — is the exclusive property of Stefani Michelle / Primal Heart Healing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
