Armed with a comprehensive educational background — Master's degrees in Leadership and Education, and a Bachelor's in Communications and Sociology — I bring a deep understanding of personal and interpersonal dynamics. My certifications as a Yogi and Interfaith Minister add a spiritual dimension to my approach.
I've authored 'Chakras and Shadow Work', the only book that integrates Shadow Work with the body's energy centers, offering a revolutionary method for self-discovery. My journey began in the metaphysical and yoga communities over 40 years ago, initiated by my mother's guidance to manage depression, anxiety, ADHD, and psychic sensitivities.
Through traditional and innovative healing practices, I transformed my life, emerging empowered and embracing all facets of myself. This transformation informs my work with women aged 30–50, seeking to overcome fears and enhance self-awareness. I guide them through the complexities of relational wounds and energetic healing, fostering authenticity, growth, and emotional safety.
